Sol Impressions Etiquette
We are a professional massage therapy studio; we treat our clients with respect and dignity and expect the same in return. All personal information is kept strictly confidential. We adhere to proper draping techniques and answer any questions you may have about your massage treatment. It is the sole reponsibility of the client to request a specific therapist if needed, otherwise the receptionist books therapists according to their availability. We value all of our therapists regardless of age, gender or race.
Arrival Prior to Your Massage
We ask that first-time clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their massages to fill out our intake and medical history form. Returning clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to their massages to check in, have a cup of hot tea, and allow for down time to make their treatments more enjoyable.
Accepted forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, and Local Checks. Our therapist appreciate and welcome gratuities. Gift certificates are available and have no expiration date.

Massage Cancellation Policy
When you schedule a massage treatment at Sol Impressions Massage Studio, as a courtesy to our therapists and other guests please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment of changes or cancellations. Missed massage appointments and changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to full charge. This policy does not apply to legitimate emergencies.
Note about our Receptionist
We are a small, family run business. The receptionist takes all appointments from home, while taking care of her son. The receptionist is not a therapist. Clients are met at the studio by their therapist. When you arrive at the studio, please have a seat on the sofa, fill out an intake form and use the restroom.
