On Friday mornings at 8am, come enjoy an hour of yoga with Erica. The location is at our studio and we provide mats, straps and blocks, so you only need to bring yourself! Erica takes a hands on appoach to yoga, very similar to Thai yoga and will assist during some postures. There is limited space available, so please call 970-453-2085 to reserve a spot!

An ancient healing art also known as “lazy yoga” because it is like doing yoga without any work.
